Understanding the spectrum of consumer preferences in any particular market and being able to create a design concept which sits comfortably in the desired market place attracting the target audience.
How we work.
1Our 3-stage process starts with analysis of the brief and production of layouts with options where applicable. Following the planning phase, a solution for the three dimensional interior environment is developed, with proposals for fixtures & fittings, furniture and furnishings, lighting, signage, colours and finishes. All is presented with 3D CAD visualisations.
2 The second stage is concerned with taking the concept produced in the first stage and turning it into a package of details and schedules suitable for a contractor to tender from and then to carry out the design works. The plans will be finalized and dimensioned, annotated scaled drawings produced along with elevations and details.
3 During the fit-out or construction phase, we offer professional monitoring of the work, or alternatively a full project management service, reporting on progress, quality and adherence to the design scheme. It is also important fo rthe designer to be available to respond to contractor's queries and changes in detail.
